Cashflow Capital Management is a private holding company in the multifamily space. CCM uses their problem solving skills to create win-win investment opportunities. Their strategy is acquisitions of poorly managed properties, in which means restructuring management, cleaning up the financial statements through reducing expenses and creating value adds.

Tzarina Andrade | Managing Partner

20+ years’ owning and operating service-based businesses. 14 years working as an assistant controller, relations with customers, and corporate banking. Currently invested in small multifamily properties and managing admin day to day operations. Highly proficient in excel spreadsheet applications, accounting and bookkeeping. Over the years achieving an MBA, BA, AA (business/accounting) and real estate license.

John Andrade | Managing Partner

Experience in new builds, remodels, daily operations and property management. Applied value add concepts for our personal long term and short term rentals. Has been an entrepreneur 20+ years in different service industries. Strong problem solving and listening skills, proficient at damage control and customer relationships.
